At Rightex LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and refunds within 7 days of receipt, subject to the following terms and conditions.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging may not be eligible for return.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item and issue you a return authorization number (RMA) if applicable.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return package, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
